Routine janitorial cleaning services can be performed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to fit your facility size, needs, and specifications. Our routine cleaning tasks include:

  1. Collect and remove all trash and recyclables. Replace trash liners as needed and take to designated area for removal.
  2. Thoroughly damp wipe available horizontal surfaces.
  3. Spot clean all surfaces throughout the facility, removing fingerprints and smudges from light switches, doors, etc.
  4. Clean and polish all door glass and spot clean partition glass throughout the facility.
  5. Meticulously clean and sanitize all restrooms. Sweep and wet mop floors with proper cleaning solution. Refill all toilet tissue holders, towel holders and dispensers, feminine hygiene dispensers, and hand soap dispensers.
  6. Completely clean all lunchrooms and break areas, including tables, counters, sinks, refrigerator exteriors, vending machines, microwaves, etc.
  7. Fully vacuum all carpeted areas including hallways, walk off mats, behind doors, desks, waste containers, etc.
  8. Broom sweep/dust mop and wet mop all flooring with proper cleaning solution.
  9. Remove all cobwebs from corners, ceilings, etc.
  10. Inspect, close and secure facility
